How Limitless Moving uses pickup request details and contact permissions.
Who receives your request
Wellesley Donation Pickup offers service through Limitless Moving & Storage. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, call (508) 205-9648.
Information collected
When you send a request, we collect your name, email, phone, pickup address, selected items and quantities, condition, date preference, access details, service interests and consent choices. Avoid including financial, medical or other sensitive information in the notes.
How it is used and shared
We send your request securely to Limitless Moving’s SmartMoving account to review items, quote service, respond and arrange pickup. Site hosting and SmartMoving process information to provide these services. Sending a request does not guarantee acceptance, a charity destination, a tax receipt, a price or a booking.
Service messages and optional marketing
By requesting contact, you authorize calls, emails and service-related texts about this request, including an automated acknowledgment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts. Future promotional email is a separate, unchecked choice and is not required for service. No SMS marketing permission is collected here.
Storage and your choices
The form does not save contact details in browser storage. Submitted requests remain in the business’s CRM while needed for request handling, service records and applicable obligations. You can ask the business to review or delete your information, subject to records it must retain. The website’s delivery ledger stores a request reference, hashed checks and status rather than your submitted contact details; delivery records older than 90 days are cleared when the endpoint next handles a request.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising pixels or analytics tools are installed by this site. Hosting may use technical logs and necessary security mechanisms. Updated October 20, 2026.
Temporary planning tools
My plan uses browser session storage for item types, quantities, optional measurements, checked item-preparation details and saved guide links. These tools do not store contact fields or submit a pickup request. You can clear the plan from My plan. Importing items into the request form creates a draft; you must review the required information and consent before sending it.
